Make personalised care your professional edge -Â before it becomes someone else's.
Personalised care is no longer optional. It’s the new standard.
Clinicians who confidently partner with consumers, measure outcomes and demonstrate impact are setting themselves apart. Are you keeping pace?

Why deliver personalised care?Â
Personalised care is no longer optional - it's the new standard.
Australia’s health system is undergoing a fundamental shift—and personalised care is at the centre of it. From national reform strategies to accreditation standards like NSQHS Standard 2: Partnering with Consumers, the message is clear: clinicians must move beyond informing patients to truly partnering with them.
That means changing how you deliver your consults, by:
-
Embedding shared decision-making and building stronger patient engagement, trust and outcomes
-
Using Patient Reported Outcome Measures and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PROMs and PREMs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement
-
Building personalised care plans that reflect what matters most to each patientÂ
This isn’t just about compliance—it’s about connection, confidence and clinical impact. Clinicians who understand what personalised care means—and how to deliver it—aren’t just keeping up. They’re leading the shift.

About the program.Â
Delivering Personalised Care is a CPD-accredited, skills-based online learning program designed for busy clinicians across all disciplines.
Co-developed with consumers and healthcare professionals, it’s grounded in real-world experience and built to help you deliver personalised care at the consultation level—where real partnerships between clinicians and patients take shape.
The program centres on the synergy between using patient-reported measures (PROMs and PREMs) and partnering with your consumers. Used together, they give patients a voice in their own care, help clinicians understand what truly matters and create the conditions for meaningful, collaborative conversations. This is the gateway to delivering personalised care that’s truly transformative.
What you'll learn.
Delivering Personalised Care is structured around four targeted webinars—each designed to build your skills, confidence and impact in everyday consults. Across the series, you’ll learn:

Why this program works.
Proven to accelerate personalised care adoption.
Delivering Personalised Care builds on the outcomes of a 10-month pilot delivered in partnership with Allied Health Professions Australia (AHPA), funded by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).Â
The impact was clear. Clinicians who accessed this structured learning and practical tools saw:
- A +14.9% increase in adoption maturity among supported clinicians
- 5x more patients enrolled to receive PROMs and PREMs
- Significant improvements in clinician confidence, engagement and patient-partnering behaviours
- Practitioners reported feeling more connected to their purpose and better equipped to deliver care that truly matters
Delivering Personalised Care takes those insights further — combining on-demand learning, real-world tools and consumer co-design - to embed personalised care into everyday consults.
Hear from those already walking the path to personalised care.
Â
Throughout the program, you’ll hear from a diverse group of clinicians, and a respected consumer voice, sharing real-world insights into what personalised care really looks like in everyday practice:

- Dr Nathan Castle, Clinical Psychologist & Director, Psychology OutcomesÂ

“When you make this [way of working] happen and you start to see the positive benefits both for you as a clinician and for your patients, there’s no going back.”
Â
Dr. Paresh Dawda, General Practitioner, Next Practice Deakin; Director & Principal, Prestantia Health

“The research is very clear. [And while] many clinicians might be resistant for various reasons, that’s where this training comes in.
Very few clients, patients and consumers are resistant to this [way of working] when it is explained to them that they are going to get better, more personalised treatment and their voice is going to be heard.”
Dr. Nathan Castle, Clinical Psychologist & Director, Psychology Outcomes
